1, Iron box raw materials
The raw material for iron boxes is tinplate. There are two ways to produce tinplate sheets: one is to use mineral resources mainly composed of iron ore and coke for production, and the other is to use recycled materials from tinplate cans for production. The quality of producing tinplate using these two methods is the same, and tinplate production does not require cutting down trees and will not disrupt ecological balance.
2, Process and cost advantages
Traditional tinplate premium boxes are formed by placing hardware molds on punching machines and pressing them with the machines. Makou iron boxes and handmade paper boxes are currently the representatives of gift packaging boxes in China. Compared to handmade paper boxes, Makou iron boxes are more labor-saving, their production process does not use glue, and they are safer and more environmentally friendly. In addition, iron boxes have a cost advantage over handmade paper boxes.
